Larkin is the co-founder of Lumos Yoga & Barre, a neighborhood fitness studio in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia. She teaches several weekly classes there including:
Lumos Flow - an all-levels athletic vinyasa class that will have you sweating, building strength, and exploring the potential of moving with your breath. Studio is unheated and class is set to music.
Lumos Barre - barre classes consists of low impact/high repetition movements, with small isometric exercises to sculpt your arms, abdominals, and legs. Instructors also use a variety of props (including light hand weights, resistance bands, soft exercise balls, and pilates rings) so no two classes are the same!
MELT Method - MELT Method can be exclusively found at Lumos Yoga & Barre, and is only taught by Larkin. The MELT-Method is a full-body, self-treatment technique which uses specialized equipment to promote fascial tissue rehydration, offer pain relief, stimulate the lymphatic system, and improve balance and mobility, strength, and performance for all practitioners, from beginners to professional athletes.

THE SPORTING CLUB AT THE BELLEVUE:
Mondays - 8:45-9:45 AM - sub for Yo’Lates
Tuesdays - 12:00-12:45 PM - Burn the Barre
Every Tuesday you can find Larkin teaching “Burn the Barre” at the Sporting Club at the Bellevue. In this class, attendees use isometric exercises performed at a ballet barre to tone and define each muscle of the body while also lengthening.
Larkin also occasionally subs Yo’Lates - a Yoga and Mat Pilates fusion class at the Sporting Club at the Bellevue.
SPECIAL EVENTS & WORKSHOPS:
Larkin teaches Special Events, Classes & Workshops throughout the year, including Glow Yoga, Lizzo Barre, Tuck O’’Treat Yo’Self Barre, Grounded & Grateful: Thanksgiving Day Flow, and Full Body MELT.
